The Office of State and Federal Programs provides leadership and guidance in the alignment of state and federal program requirements with the District's Strategic Plan, Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) and the LCAP Federal Addendum.  

The Office of State and Federal Programs provides technical support regarding:

• Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) & Local Funding Formula (LCFF)
• Schoolwide Program (SWP)
• School Site Council (SSC)
• School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA)
